The Role Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for Business for consultations on New Requirements, Incident Analysis, Service Improvement
• Understand and document customer context for requirements in User Stories. For eg., how services can be seamlessly delivered across channels
• Work closely with Business, Operations and design teams to ensure delivery of best in class services to customers and uninterrupted service for the customer. For eg., even if a payment service fails, provide a alternative that seamlessly takes over from the failed service to ensure little or less impact to customer
• Work closely with designers to design reliable customer centric services. Provide requirements for Observability
• Develop POCs/ participate in CICD and Continuous Testing Process
• Develop / review test cases - customer centric
• Provide sign off
• Participate in Estimations
• Work with Business in identifying incidents impacting customers and develop Impact Analysis Document. Continuously monitor incident DB to determine patterns and correlations to in order to prevent incidents
• Look at Market events and monitor services to ensure prevention
• Work with CERT team to coordinate with Business and Operations and minimize impact to customers in the event of an incident

Our Ideal Candidate

Must have skills
• Good experience in Access domain
• Understanding of Agile practices
• Experience in working with Sr Stakeholders from Business, Operations and Technology
• Experience in writing User Stories

Good to have skills
• Good understanding of Data Analytics (SQL/R/Python)
• Experience in mapping customer journey
