Business Function

Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Job Purpose

An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated resource in the area of "Digital Transformation" and business management who will play a key role in driving agenda of Group's Executive Committee of digital transformation for 8000+ employees under Technology and Operations.

The successful candidate will interact with and with the directs of senior management of Technology and Operations (Department Heads), to drive the agenda and enable to group to be always on the front foot.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support Group T&O EXCO meeting cadence to drive the agenda
  • Engage key senior stakeholders across the region to further and drive the agenda as set out by Group T&O EXCO
  • Drive & own several key digital transformation projects of T&O COO Office
  • Support in the role of business management in T&O COO Office to drive the agenda, be on the front foot, and ensure timely deliveries
  • Drive transparency and business communication within the leads of T&O COO Office to enable senior stakeholders visibility and management
  • Provide timely and quality communications support to further the agenda
  • A Degree holder with at least 3-4 years of banking operations experience preferably in Project Management/ Business Analyst roles.
  • Demonstrates good understanding in the use of Project management tools (ie. Jira, Visio) and Business Agile certification would be an advantage.
  • Experience in working in a process driven environment especially in the area of transformation and change management
  • Strong working knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work and build trusting relationship with stakeholders
  • A team player with an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
