The role will appeal to those with a project management background in capital markets who are interested in building a multi-asset digital marketplace of the future working in a fast paced environment, as we build the next generation market infrastructure.
Responsibilities
• Manage FICC and Digital project scopes, timeline and delivery
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups across team
• Key contact point for internal/external stakeholder communications
• Work with product team on backlog management and grooming
• Development team guidance, Agile framework education
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent technical discipline
• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role within in capital markets
• Proven track record in project management & delivery
• Knowledge of Scrum techniques/artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
• Working understanding of software development, platform deployments
• Scrum Master or Project Management Certification is an advantage, e.g. PMP, DevOps Leader
• Self-starter with excellent leadership and team building skills
• Ability to resolve complex problems creatively across various teams (business, technology, Ops)
• Experience in managing senior internal and external stakeholders
