This role provides critical support to the team in its investment activities and will assist in managing the end to end investment process, contributing to the delivery of maximizing risk-adjusted investment returns for the business. The successful candidate will possess superior financial modelling skills and commercial acumen, is highly analytical and has an eye for detail. He or she is also expected to be strong in written and verbal communication skills and do presentations with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Analyst will be part of the Keppel Infrastructure Trust Investments Team, reporting to the Head of Investments. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work for a fast growing platform with a mandate to acquire large businesses in Asia Pacific, Europe and America. The Senior Analyst will be involved in the following:

  • Financial modelling and supporting various due-diligence workstreams in acquisitions of infrastructure businesses
  • Preparing papers for internal approvals, and presenting to Board and internal committees
  • Financing workstreams
  • Supporting completion of acquisitions and conducting post-closing initiatives
  • Supporting transaction origination through research and follow ups
  • Collaboration with other business units within the Keppel Group

Pre-requisites:

  • 2-3 year of relevant investment experience
  • Financial modelling experience
  • Accuracy/ attention to detail and strong quantitative skills
  • Familiarity with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word
  • Strong academic background
  • Self-motivated, willing to learn and be able to work well as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills and proficient in written and spoken English
