  • Workswith external clients to resolve moderately complex day-to-day issues anddirect them to appropriate resources at BNY Mellon
  • Supportsclients in addressing moderately complex operational and technical issues andensuring requests are executed
  • Appliesintermediate problem solving skills, experience and judgement to analyzeinformation
  • Usescommunication skills to deliver high quality service to a specialized clientbase
  • Providesclients information related to BNY Mellon products and services representingmultiple lines of business and geographies and directs them to the appropriateresources, as needed
  • Leveragesa good understanding of broader BNY Mellon services and offerings
  • Monitorsclient inquiries, resolves non-routine issues and escalates complex issues tothe appropriate team member, as needed
  • Usesknowledge of client issues and needs to contribute to business developmentefforts
  • Participatesin internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the clientexperience
  • Recommendsprocess improvements
  • Mayhave people management responsibilities in some geographies. Provides guidanceto less experienced team members
  • Supportsmultiple, moderately complex client accounts


Qualifications
  • Bachelorsdegree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
  • 3-5years of total work experience preferred
  • Experiencein an operational area and/or client services preferred.
