Reporting to the Program Manager Lead based in Singapore, you will work closely with senior stakeholders across the region and collaborating with Business Unit specialists to review the various Business Requirements.
Representing the Retail Banking divisions across the regions, you will work closely with the Domain Architects and Technology Delivery Managers in revamping the CRM solutions. You will transition the functional and non-functional requirements and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.
You will need to have strong domain knowledge in Retail / Consumer Banking Products including Cards, Deposits, Unsecured and Secured Loans, Investments, etc.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- MUST HAVE
1) strong domain knowledge in Consumer / Retail Banking
2) working experience in various Banking channels (Online, Branch, Direct Sales, Personal Banking, etc)
3) Experience in Customer Relationship Solutions, Single Customer View or Customer 360
4) track record in running Process Transformation / Re-engineering programs
- Excellent stakeholder management experience
