Description

  • Work with the Marketing Lead for Cards and Digital Propositions, to develop marketing plans to drive Cards business, loans growth, adoption and growth of digital solutions and digital payments
  • Drive data-driven marketing campaigns across all customer touch points, which are relevant, real-time and targeted
  • To drive new adoption for new adtech tools such as DMP and implementation of marketing campaigns for sharper targeting and optimization
  • To participate in scrums or task forces at the country and regional level
  • Manage the overall marketing outputs across all marketing channels, for relevant portfolios, along with product management teams locally and regionally
  • To track and analyse the campaign results as part of campaign optimization and to identify a winning formula to drive business results
  • To champion test and learn on media placement, targeting and messaging
  • To work closely with product managers to ensure quality output with effective execution of the respective products
  • To work with creative agencies to develop creative, sharp and succinct communication, drawing from insights, personas and other proactive means of collecting meaningful inputs.
  • Work proactively with media partner and media agency to develop marketing campaigns and optimize media output


Qualifications

  • At least 8 years of experience in strategic marketing communications
  • At least 5 years experience in product management and P&L management preferred
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Digital marketing experience is a must
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of e-commerce, digital banking and credit cards business within the Singapore market or equivalent developed market context preferred
