Your role
Do you want to maximise the use of your experience and expertise whilst developing and experiencing new opportunities in our Securities Global Service Management role? As the name suggests you'll be part of a global team responsible for the services delivered across Trade Processing, Settlements, Corporate Actions, and Tax.

Your main areas of focus will be on:

Strategy and Service Management - Develop and define service strategy (incl. business process architecture/enterprise architecture/location/sourcing/efficiency/quality) in collaboration and agreement with HOP / GFH / RFH, Business & IT. Management.

Financial Management and Planning - Support the IB Operating Manager and relevant Functional Operating Managers

Change Portfolio Management - Track and manage the portfolio of business process, regulatory, strategic, small change and transformation initiatives associated with Service.

Risk Management - Responsible for designing, owning and maintaining Key Procedural Controls (KPCs), Key Operating Procedures (KOPs) and relevant policies in relation to the Service to maintain minimum standards across delivery functions.

Your team
You will be part of a global team with colleagues based currently in London, Stamford and Singapore. The team has a global remit, but in addition it's important we understand and are able to articulate any regional variations or specific requirements.

It is an excellent opportunity to interface with a wide cross section of internal clients and external clients, other GO and COO teams, vendors and industry forums. The individual will also be given scope to develop key skills such as service management, strategy, managing client relationships and project benefits estimation and realization.

Your expertise
Ideally +5 years Operations or similar experience.

Proactive and able to work independently when needed and be comfortable in taking initiative.

Driven and take ownership.

Strong effective communication skills

Team orientated

Good time management and organisational skills

Work under tight deadlines
