Salesforce Marketing Cloud Lead
Required Skills:
  • 5+ year working experience and must have m inimum 3 years experience executing campaigns in Salesforce M arketing Cloud
  • Understand data design and data models for SFMC
  • Experience using SFMC within an integrated environment with Google Analytics 360 , Veeva CRM, Digital Identity & Consent Hub, MSD Connect HCP portal
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable recommendations
  • Experience from working in agile environment - understanding of MVP and build-measure-learn concept and principles
  • Proven success in delivering and supporting user facing products , services and integrations
  • Ability to balance business and user needs while taking into account technical limitations
  • U nderstanding of ROIs definition and marketing campaign performance metrics
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a globally dispersed teams
  • Ability to self-learn, develop and apply business and technical knowledge quickly
  • Data & commercially driven mindset
  • Ability to navigate in complex enterprise environments and handle ambiguity well

Roles and Responsbilities:
  • S upport business use cases based on existing DM&C IT products and link usage to business outcomes
  • Assist in-market digital customer engagements teams with adoption & utilization of the digital marketing capabilities such as SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics 360, Campaign Manager etc.
  • Develop and maintain documentation to provide visibility of existing DM&C capabilities to Business and IT stakeholders as well as availability of those capabilities on a per market basis
  • Be responsible for preparation of training materials, creation and maintenance of knowledge repositories
  • Deliver regular or ad-hoc customized trainings for the newly developed and deployed features to the business stakeholders in the markets
  • Facilitate market engagement activities & work closely with DM&C Product teams on coordinating and leading kick-off workshops for the digital initiatives
  • Lead hypercare and post deployment activities of newly installed digital marketing capabilities & tools with the aim of increasing adoption & usage
  • Provide review of campaign architecture & customer journeys, best practice sharing about A/B testing strategy etc.
  • Develop good understanding of the business process and how the DM&C capabilities support those
  • S upport local proves of concept while ensuring alignment to the global blueprint solutions and coordination with P roduct teams & roadmap s
  • Be able to communicate clearly the benefits of an integrated ecosystem of capabilities
  • Help shape product roadmap s by sharing feedback from the Business stakeholders to the Product Architect/teams on how the capabilit ies work and business needs for future enhancements
  • Actively contribute in driving change and digital transformation within a complex corporate environment
