Serves as the liaison and the reference point between the business and the technical analyst in making sure the requirements are clearly understood and translated to the functional requirements by leveraging on the resources and skill-set within and across the work-streams. Support functional lead for ACT project and is responsible to analyze processes and best practices among work-streams to ensure the system is delivered with maximize synergies, quality and efficiencies. Write user stories along with acceptance criteria

Roles & Responsibilities:

  •            Serves as the liaison and the reference point between the business and the technical analyst in making sure the requirements are clearly understood and translated to the functional requirements by leveraging on the resources and skill-set within and across the work-streams.
  •            Support functional lead for ACT project and is responsible to analyze processes and best practices among work-streams to ensure the system is delivered with maximize synergies, quality and efficiencies.
  •            Write user stories along with acceptance criteria
  •            Conduct prioritization with product owner and perform sprint planning
  •            Walkthrough user stories and acceptance criteria with developers (both SG and Regional) and testers to ensure accurate understanding.
  •            Review test plan, test scenario and test results and participate in defect triage
  •            May need to perform minor testing such as sanity or smoke test
  •          Skillsets Requirements:
    •            Requirement analysis and user stories + acceptance criteria writing
    •            Query writing
    •            Coordination, risk and issue resolution
    •            Ability to work under minimum supervision
  •          Experience Requirements:
    •            Minimum 3 years’ experience in BA role
    •            Experience in SFDC implementation for Life Insurance organization preferred
    •            Delivery experience in Agile
    •            Experience working with regional development team
