The Role Responsibilities
  • Work with TB sales management to develop and drive the sales strategy for the business
  • Enable sales by unblocking execution across all stages of the sales life cycle
  • Drive the effectiveness of the sales force by ensuring best in class sales processes are in place
  • Assist with the management of the TB deal pipeline ensuring accuracy with clear actions for gaps in forecast v budget, learnings from different regions/lost deals
  • Identify client/sales opportunities via Account Plans, Pipeline, TB Ecosystem and other sales activities with a view to growing revenue for the business
  • Support the Account Plan process driving strategic selling for TB's top clients
  • Support the management of the CRM platform (WorkBench) to prioritise and deliver strategic enhancements for benefit of sales
  • Ensure alignment with GB and CB COO across all key initiatives and shared processes
  • Represent TB sales in cross-functional meetings pan bank
  • Ensure effective communication of key TB sales messages across the network
  • Equip sales with the associated tools and training to ensure best in class discipline
  • Lead the automation, design and rollout of policies and processes on sales systems

Our Ideal Candidate
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in Corporate/Commercial/Wholesale/Institutional Banking with a good understanding of sales (ideally within Transaction Banking)
  • Ability to deal with highly confidential information on a daily basis
  • Ability to enable process change across functions, products and systems
  • Good business judgment and works with integrity
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence and impact outcomes
  • High level of personal initiative and ability to work autonomously
  • Stakeholder management with ability to relate at all levels
  • Good organizational and Project Management skills to undertake and supervise/monitor specific projects
  • Flexibility and responsiveness in order to handle changing priorities and urgent requests from senior management
  • Strong communication skills - oral, written and presentation
  • Analytical skills for understanding data
