Job Description

Dedicated Junior Sales to service & reinforce client coverage

  • Assist to handle day to day desk flow & back up of sales
  • Liaise with Structurers, Legal team, documentation team to ensure pricing and documentation accuracy
  • Work closely with Documentation team to provide timely and accurate docs for clients
  • Work with Client Support and other teams for post trade processing and settlement follow up
  • Assess new automation ideas and lead projects with other teams to continuously improve efficiency
  • Assist credit limit check and trade validation, conduct KYC on-boarding for new clients
  • Take initiatives to increase product knowledge, learn from different teams and improve productivity
Support Senior Sales in the region
  • Assist Senior Sales to conduct trainings with Clients
  • Assist and learn from Senior Sales about strategic client coverage and product campaign
  • Assist Senior Sales on ad-hoc client events


Profile

  • Able to work with multiple functional teams and multi-task in a high pressure and fast-paced environment
  • Client focus, responsible, accountable and reliable, detail oriented
  • Able to lead successfully projects internally and externall
  • Good communication skill
  • Good knowledge of derivatives, understand the sensitivity of various factors. Able to learn fast
  • Programming knowledge in VBA / Excel preferred
