Credit Suisse is looking for a Sales Activation Manager to plan and implement growth initiatives in the APAC Private Bank. The role will involve work driving a transformation agenda, including planning and implementing high priority sales initiatives, building use cases and constructing narratives, and tracking and managing impact. You should be an independent thinker with the confidence to develop industry-leading strategies that challenge conventional thinking. You should demonstrate a keen data driven approach, combined with an intuitive ability to break down complex ideas, and get along with senior partners in a highly matrixed organization.

The role is within the COO Product Content team, which sits at the intersection of sales, product, research and technology driving alliances across product marketing strategies to Relationship Managers and Clients.

You Offer

We are seeking someone who can blend knowledge of sales, technology, and Private Banking to drive our sales activation strategies:
  • Facilitate and guide the development of digital strategies to drive sales growth and top line revenue; monitor and ensure implementation of strategies;
  • Participate in cross-functional working groups to identify key business requirements, build customized use case scenarios and business case justification;
  • Own project deliverables and timelines, coordinating efforts across various partners including front office, technology, and compliance;
  • Apply knowledge of sales performance metrics in a data driven approach to analyze and accelerate results;
  • Understand management, sales and research priorities to build strategies to improve impact and drive revenue;
  • Present your ideas in a concise and articulate manner;
  • Build positive relationships across business units with peers and senior partners. Be a teammate.

  • You have a University Degree or equivalent;
  • You have at least 8 years of working experience with a minimum 4 years in sales operations/management, consulting, business transformation or other strategic roles;
  • You have a proven track record of being able to plan and implement a strategy, then analyze the health and momentum;
  • You have an outstanding understanding of conversion funnels
  • You have experience working in financial services preferred;
  • You have outstanding written and spoken English language skills, and ability to communicate effectively in front of senior executives;
  • Outstanding proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point required;
  • You are highly collaborative and have the ability to handle partners in a matrixed organization;
  • You are adept at handling multiple tasks and adhering to regular deadlines.
