Key Accountabilities

  • Lead and/or manage a team of product managers to:
  • Manage Smart Nation transactional payments initiatives.
  • Drive growth and adoption by leveraging open APIs to transform the way customers engage the Bank for financial services Manage and implement cashless payment services customers (PayNow)
  • Manage Remittance business and issue resolution
  • Implementation of government agency related projects for government disbursement via PayNow
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders to launch strategic initiatives.
Job Duties & responsibilities

  • The individual is expected lead product managers and/or manage product services to generate business opportunities to acquire remittance and cashless payment services customers and increase utilisation of these services. Drive growth and adoption via Smart Nation initiatives.


Requirements

  • Degree with Minimum 4 years of experience
Non-technical Experience

  • Possesses good understanding of the transactional banking landscape in SG.
  • Ability to anticipate changes in digital landscape and capitalise it to improve Transactional Payment experience for consumers.
Technical Experience

  • Able to manage P/L as well as revenue and cost drivers for transactional payment.
  • Good understanding on operational flow of self service banking machines, digital payments.
  • Able to handle basic technical (system) requirements.
