Responsibilities

  • Drive and support Treasury & Markets (T&M) Sales initiatives and other sales management activities e.g. T&M sales culture improvements and connectivity initiatives such as Asian MNCs or RMB initiatives
  • Support T&M Sales management as part of the business management team
    • Support in sales management MIS through ad-hoc bottom up approaches or through official finance channels
    • Preparation of communication and presentation material for Group T&M Sales Head
    • Provide support on day-to-day management activities for Group T&M Sales Head such as sales conferences, business reviews, HR matters, fortnightly sales calls, etc.
  • Drive innovation in and management of T&M Sales Platform
    • Work with Sales platform business and tech leads to manage platform KPIs, budgets and processes
    • Drive innovation initiatives in the platform such as the Virtual Treasurer, Sales innovation forum or other initiatives
  • Manage key technology applications used by T&M Sales
    • Provide direction and improve adoption of Sales Workbench as Product Owner
    • Manage CSFA application as Product Owner by working with Sales Support team in BMS
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years relevant experience
  • Prior experience in management consulting will be a major plus
  • Structured and analytical mindset
  • Ability to work with variety of stakeholders across both T&M and Institutional Banking Group, front to back office and technology
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and dive into details, both in T&M and technology-related domains
  • Ability to manage key initiatives independently with clear deliverables and timelines
  • Ability to communicate clearly in a concise and structured manner in both verbal and written forms, including building a deck with a coherent storyline
  • Prior experience in management consulting will be a major plus
