Our client is an established and well-regarded major bank which has enjoyed success in the region and is in an exciting transformation phase as it continues to grow its business. There is now a rare opportunity for a dynamic rewards professional to join its human resources team to lead Incentive Design and Governance as well as be a Rewards Advisor to key stakeholders.
This is an exciting role where you will lead in Incentive Plan Design and drive Governance across Asia to ensure alignment to regulatory requirements and business strategy. You will also be a key Rewards Advisor in Total Rewards to a portfolio of country and business stakeholders and be a subject matter expert in driving and implementation of Total Rewards programmes, such as annual salary planning, compensation reviews, incentive programme design, job sizing, benefit reviews, wellness and rewards related governance and policies. You will provide current market insights and thought leadership on best-in-class rewards practices for the bank to strengthen its position as an employer of choice.
You are a degree qualified with demonstrated track record in leading incentive plan design and rewards advisory in major banks, financial institutions or consulting firms. Your work has covered a sizeable front office / revenue generating workforce, and are well-versed with current and emerging trends in compensation frameworks and practices to attract and retain top talent. You are a progressive, future focused professional who is strategic yet hands on, with strong analytical, EQ and communication skills.
