As part of a global team of investment sales specialists within the Real Estate and Private Markets business. Partner with local investment colleagues and Asset Management generalist sales colleagues in the region. Develop distribution outlets for all private markets offerings. Proactively identify business development opportunities and develop revenue generating ideas particularly in deepening the penetration of today’s existing capabilities. Define and implement distribution plans for new or planned offerings. Span APAC covering all marketing channels e.g. Institutional, Wholesale Intermediaries, Wealth Management etc.
To be considered, you should be a degree holder with a minimum of 15 years of experience working in a private markets sales role, have a sales or investment background in private markets areas including infrastructure, private credit, private equity and real estate. With proved, referenceable sales record. Strong preference for candidates from a global or diversified investment manager. Asset gathering and deal closing mentality and proven ability to generate revenue against robust and challenging targets. Strong networking skills and proactive approach to working with colleagues across the business. Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills.
