Resourcing Specialist - 1 year contract

• Hire candidates to meet the staffing needs of the business unit within the frontline and support units of the Bank
• Responsible for the full spectrum of resourcing activities
• Source, screen and identify the right candidate
• Schedule and partner hiring managers for interviews
• Put up salary proposal
• First day on-boarding of new hire
• Provide superior service and sound hiring advice to hiring managers
• Meet the resourcing dashboard measurements on quantity, quality and timeliness measurement.

• University degree with at least 2 to 6 years working experience, and preference is given to those in a resourcing function
• Sound working knowledge of banking roles is an advantage
• Independent, self-motivated, with strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
