Regional Vice President, Emerging Business International

Regional Vice President, Emerging Business International



  • Work closely with Emerging Business (EmB) across the region to drive strategic initiatives and development of the EmB business models including but not limited to program lending, distribution model, cash framework and digital strategy.
  • Work with stakeholders to enhance existing acquisition program and channels rollout and/or rollout new programs to drive new to bank and cross sell into existing customer base.
    Monitor, review and manage key drivers and metrics to ensure asset and liability growth and profitability.
  • Focus will primarily be on delivering strong value proposition to our regional EmB customers through a well-defined customers segmentation strategy supported by a superior product suits and delivery.



Qualifications


  • At least 10 years' of segment or product management experience in banking industry.
  • Excellent working knowledge of financial products including corporate loans, trade, cash management products & FX. Knowledge of small business banking a key value add.
  • Flexibility for business travel.
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Proven record of project management skills.
