Regional Sales Director, South Asia

• Managing 3-5 sales people across South Asia for our Insurance Solution, Prophet. This includes 10 countries in SEA, Sri Lanka and India.
• Develop and implement sales territory plan.
• Client relationship management - direct with selected large accounts & via FIS partners.
• Identify and develop new opportunities, manage, and conduct proposals and sales activities
• Management of relationships with key consulting/technology partners.
• Generate ERM opportunities with existing Prophet clients as well as with potential new customers in the insurance industry.
• Develop high level relationships with clients, consultants, and external organisations to increase FIS' ERM visibility in the insurance industry.
• Meet or exceed all yearly sales goals.
• Maintain an effective presence at industry events, conferences, and seminars.
• Maintain expertise in related insurance industry issues relative to trends, competition, and customer needs.
