Our client is a leading international software company offering new age, cloud-based workforce management solutions.
We are currently partnering with them to identify an experienced and highly motivated SaaS Sales Account Executive to drive the sale of their technology and managed service offering to mid-market level customers in the SEA region.
As a key driver for the business within the SEA region, the successful candidate can be based ANYWHERE within the region!
Specific aspects of this role will include the following:
- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans against mid-market level customer segments.
- Demo the company’s platform to prospects, clearly differentiate and position the product and service offering.
- Drive and achieve consistent sales targets, manage a variety of leads from the marketing department, work alongside Global Solution Consultants.
- Keep up to date with industry trends in HR and the Talent Management Space.

- Minimum 5+ years proven (SaaS) new sales and account management experience.
- Experience selling HR Technical solutions is highly desirable, some knowledge of the HR industry will be essential.
- Experience selling Saas products to mid-market customers,
- Experience executing detailed product presentations and demos of software capabilities to C-level executives, VPs, directors, and marketing managers
- Well-spoken and written, able to create compelling proposals to close complex deals
