Our client, a market-leading global Corporate Services firm, is looking for a Regional Head of Treasury Operations to spearhead regional treasury strategy and lead a high-impact operations team.
Some of the Key Responsibilities include:
- Treasury Leadership & Team Management : Lead and oversee Treasury Operations as well as AP/AR functions, driving team performance, optimizing structure, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Banking & Stakeholder Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners and internal stakeholders to ensure effective treasury support and high service standards.
- Risk, Policy & Compliance : Establish and enforce treasury policies, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and implementing robust risk controls to safeguard operations.
- Process & Systems Optimisation : Drive enhancements in treasury systems and processes, oversee banking administration, and manage escalation of complex payment issues.
- Operational Execution : Ensure accurate and timely execution of payments, supplier onboarding, KYC/FATCA compliance, and reporting, maintaining high data integrity across all treasury activities.
To be eligible for this role you shall have:
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field with 8 years+ in corporate treasury or cash management within multinational environments; strong knowledge of middle/back-office operations, accounting, and audit functions.
- Over 6 years of experience managing teams, providing hands-on support and coaching, with strong upward and downward management capabilities.
- Proven track record with Treasury Management Systems (ideally Wall Street Systems and Workday), ERP integrations, SWIFT standards, and cross-border/domestic payment execution and troubleshooting.
- Skilled in project and change management, treasury system implementations, financial reporting, and data analysis, with sharp attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and client-oriented with strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; thrives in dynamic environments, fosters a “can-do” mindset, and maintains high emotional intelligence.
