Regional Client Onboarding Analyst

* Successfully drive the COBAM agenda across ASA. * Work with countries, Group and CET to ensure that the governance metrics are well under control. * Manage the cost and Head count within budget * Stand-in / Represent Regional Head COBAM & CD ASA in the governance forum * Incumbent to have a very good understanding of the policies and procedure around AML and CDD * Should have a good understanding of CIB and CB Business * Should be very effective in budgeting and cost management.

Performance Management & Control Governance
  • Track the key performance metrices across the countries in ASA. Facilitate right intervention to ensure that the markets are ahead of the thresholds
  • Effectively engage with COBAM Heads to track and monitor costs and HC.
  • Facilitate a seamless communication between Group, Region and Countries and also intra-ASA so that any adhoc projects, process roll outs, remediation projects, etc are managed very well.
  • Should be very proficient with all the MIS pertaining to COBAM. Should engage the right stakeholders to ensure ASA metrices are reflected appropriately.
  • Ensure a clear and uniform approach towards adherence of the global operating model for all COBAM related processes, and adherence to DOIs
  • Build synergy between the countries, regions and hubs, through close communication and consistency of standards
  • Maintain oversight on quality & timeliness of 'Service Review Meetings' (SRM) to be held every month between Business Teams & Hub or Country operating teams
  • Coordinate across network to facilitate Regional and Global network business
  • Represent COBAM function in relevant governance forums. Stand in for RH COBAM in the forums when required.
  • Set and manage all relevant team budgets
Requirements
  • Very good understanding of the business - preferably on the job experience in CIB
  • Good interpersonal skills in networking and influencing decisions.
  • Good communication skills - oral, written and presentation
  • Good knowledge on the policies and procedures
  • Strong project management skills - preferably a project experience in CIB
