Kelly IT Recruitment team is looking to hire Consultants with proven expertise in New Client Acquisition. The incumbent must have 4+ years of relevant experience with good understanding on technology and various roles. Those with BFSI experience will be preferred, although it’s not mandatory.

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • To handle an end to end 360 Degree role working on both new business development as well as candidate delivery with the support of Researchers/Sourcers
  • Successfully deliver placements to achieve an individual financial target in each quarterly period
  • To focus on expanding the client base across different industries for Contract IT placements
  • Manage, retain and grow Key Accounts through continuous relationship building and account servicing activities
  • Represent the brand Kelly Services with the utmost integrity and professionalism – demonstrating speed of response and quality delivery as well as expertise in chosen sector
  • Provide supervision and coaching to Associate Consultants or Researchers as required to improve quality delivery to all Customers
  • Maintain accurate system recording and reporting of data along with Weekly KPI Report Submission
  • Manage assignments with minimum/no supervision
  • Keep up to date with the industry trends to capitalize on potential requirements

  • Acknowledgement from clients and candidates for excellent service provision


Most Important KPIs to success achievement:

  • Client Visits arranged per week
  • Candidate Profiles sent to Clients (float or shortlist) per week
  • Client-Candidate Interviews achieved per week



Profile Requirements:  (education, experience and technical skills required of this position)


  • Education Preferred - Bachelor’s degree holder
  • Minimum 4 years in the recruitment industry preferably in the contracting space
  • Strong track record opening new accounts and scaling up the relationship with increased contractor headcount
  • Possess a good understanding of the vertical with respect to clients across different industries
  • Strong and demonstrable billing track record & ability to handle high volume transaction
  • Ability to handle cold calling and target list creation
  • Good Interviewing Skills (Senior level)
  • Client/ Candidate Management including selling, presentation and negotiation Skills
