- You don’t need to have any specific sector or vertical experience as we have a very structured training program for all new joiners. But what we can’t train if your attitude, character and basic people skills/soft skills.
- You need to be a good communicator, people focused individual, keen to learn and build a career.
- We’re looking for sales minded people who would then be promoted into business development or more account management focussed – based on how strong you are in sales (this is not HR).
- You should have elements of drive, competitiveness, ambition, grit/determination, team player within your character to be successful in this role.
