Job Overview

This is a newly created Project Manager role for Corporate Liquidity team covering ASEAN. This role will have high visibility amongst the management team as the PM will lead high level projects with senior stakeholders (C Level) at the client side.

Responsibilities

  • Reports the Professional Services Director for APJ he/she will be accountable for the delivery of treasury projects to plan, agreed quality standards and agreed budget for the Corporate Liquidity
  • Manage a section of work that ranges from simple to complex
  • Understand the scope of the total project and design an approach that provides an effective solution. Determine the resources needed to complete the project
  • Select the appropriate methodology and complete the project work
  • Develop the recommendations, integrate recommendations within the project's execution and manage the client interface
  • Meet financial plan for each project by delivering within prescribed internal project costs/budget, reducing expenses on non-billable travel and internal resource costs
  • Managed stakeholder expectation and relationship at the working level
  • Timely engagement in solution selling initiatives to support account management and sales
  • Application of project management processes into the project life cycle; effectively used tools such as the traceability matrix, responsibility assignment matrix and change control processes
  • Accountable for early identification of inter-dependencies, issues and risks in the critical path of the project; proactively ensured corrective measure and appropriate escalation
  • Monitor the progress of the project and provide regular status reporting to Client and FIS Management

  • Accurate and timely project status reporting for the working and steering committee members

Position Requirements
  • At least 6 years of experience in Project Management
  • Ability to communicate effectively with client representatives at the Executive level
  • Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often stressful environment
  • Experienced in MS project
  • Must be detail oriented, responsible, self-motivated and goal centered
  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate internal and external resources to complete project tasks
  • Six Sigma and/or PMP Certifications or equivalents
  • Accountable for early identification of inter-dependencies, issues and risks in the critical path of the project; proactively ensured corrective measure and appropriate escalation
