An opportunity exists within the Client Lifecycle Design and Management (CLDM) Delivery team for a Product Execution Lead. Purpose of the role:

  • Client Onboarding & Lifecycle Transformation (COLT) is a business change programme responsible for transforming the end to end client lifecycle management process.
  • This role works within the wider Client Lifecycle Design and Management (CLDM) Delivery team to support delivery of a quality service to our clients and achieve regulatory compliance across the end-to-end client lifecycle, including coverage of AML, KYC, Tax, OTC reform and FM regulations.
  • Govern and manage delivery of the core vendor supplied product ensuring appropriate scope is delivered to schedule
  • Provide guidance and direction to COLT workstream leads across Analysis & Design, Technology Delivery & Vendor Delivery

The successful applicant will

  • Provide Client Lifecycle Management domain guidance and support to workstream leads, problem solving and influencing solutions
  • Create and maintain scope, plan and deliverables to govern workstream and initiative delivery
  • Manage the combined SCB and vendor project team to drive collaboration and delivery communicating expectations in a timely and clear fashion
  • Work with the Programme Director to ensure phases execute to scope and to schedule, and material escalations or deviations from the plan are proactively managed.
  • Ensure project-level risks, issues, and dependencies with potential impact to scope, progress or cost are appropriately managed, escalated and resolved.
  • Ensure appropriate project management disciplines are maintained and followed throughout the life of the project.
  • Ensure key stakeholder groups are appropriately engaged and involved throughout the project.
  • Manage stakeholders across Business and Technology to provide visibility of progress, ensure buy-in and facilitate decisioning/steering.

Required Experience:

Specialist knowledge of Agile best practices.

  • Weighing up benefits of short term tactical and long term strategic options to ensure solutions are delivered to the appropriate scale, scope and timing.

  • Knowledge of the regulatory environment and ongoing developments.

  • Process, commercial and operational awareness needed to develop appropriate solutions.

  • Senior experience managing and delivering large scale, multiyear, business and/or technology product development initiatives in the CLM domain across multiple business segments and geographies

  • Senior experience coordinating complex programmes of work comprising of multiple workstreams with significant technology delivery

  • Subject matter expertise in CDD and CLM system and process.

  • Strong people management or team management experience

  • Interpersonal skills in networking, influencing and decision taking.

  • Excellent communication skills - oral, written and presentation.

  • Ability to engage and drive outcomes effectively across stakeholder groups, from working level through to senior management

  • Knowledge of CIB, CB and BB business segments, client types and product offerings.

  • Senior experience with vendor management
