Product Owner, Digital Payment

In order to support OCBC Bank's Consumer Financial Services digital capabilities, OCBC Bank is looking to grow its team with the addition of a Product Owner. The Product Owner will be a part of a Digital Transformation team with a large agenda across digital payments, acquisition, and digital channels. The Product Owner will be in a great position to make a real difference to the success of OCBC Bank's digital plans. The role will see interaction with heads of our business units, our CX practice and our technology delivery teams, and provide significant exposure to top leadership of the Bank.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
  • Work with business unit stakeholders to define business KPIs and targets, and the initiatives needed to deliver these targets
  • Understand the market, own the product vision, and take responsibility for business outcomes
  • Continuously monitor and report KPIs against the targets
  • Define the low level requirements (as User Stories) from product vision
  • Engage with customers (internal and external) to establish and validate requirements
  • Facilitate workshops and deliver presentations to generate feedback
  • Map business processes, workflow models and wireframes where necessary in partnership with stakeholders within and outside the Bank
  • Work on a day-to-day basis with the delivery team, providing ongoing support & customer insight to help deliver successful products
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as pre and iteration planning, daily stand ups, showcases and retrospectives
  • Create and prioritise backlogs of stories
  • Define minimum viable and marketable products
  • Work with Marketing and Business Development partners to drive product take-up
  • Support regional product teams with requirements and feedback
  • Support sales and marketing events with demonstrations of new products and features
