Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and analytical Product Manager to support the growth and evolution of our unsecured lending products and solutions. This role will be responsible for driving product performance, campaign execution, pricing initiatives, digital feature enhancements, and cross-functional delivery across a portfolio of unsecured lending products.
The Product Manager will work closely with technology, digital, marketing, risk, operations, and analytics teams to develop and deliver initiatives that enhance customer engagement, drive commercial outcomes, and improve the end-to-end client experience.
This is an opportunity for an experienced product professional who enjoys combining commercial thinking, customer-centric design, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy
• Support the development and execution of product strategies to drive growth, profitability and customer engagement.
• Monitor market trends, competitor developments and customer behaviours to identify opportunities to enhance product propositions, customer value propositions and portfolio performance.
Product Development and Delivery
• Partner with technology, digital and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver product enhancements and strategic initiatives, driving continuous improvements to customer journeys and digital experiences through data-driven insights, testing and optimisation.
• Define business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, and lead end-to-end delivery from ideation through implementation.
• Support business readiness, change management and post-implementation reviews to ensure successful outcomes.
Campaigns, Pricing and Commercialisation
• Design, implement and manage product campaigns to drive acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Develop and optimise pricing strategies, offers and customer incentives using data-driven insights.
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness to improve commercial outcomes and return on investment.
Performance and Governance
• Analyse product and portfolio performance, customer behaviour and key metrics to identify growth opportunities and emerging risks.
• Prepare business cases, performance reports, presentations and management updates.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, governance standards and risk management frameworks.
Stakeholder Management
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across technology, digital, marketing, risk, operations and analytics to deliver strategic priorities and product outcomes.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to drive alignment and manage dependencies across the product lifecycle.

• Experience managing end-to-end product delivery and influencing cross-functional stakeholders across business and technology functions.
• Self-motivated and agile, with the ability to respond effectively to changing business priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree / university degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Marketing, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline.
