Job Description

Support the Investment Strategy & Advisory (IS&A) digital initiatives by conceptualizing and designing the architecture, algorithms and solutions to be embedded in the team innovative solutions (Pii family)

Personalized Investment Ideas Platform ("PII") - Phase 2
* Design algorithm solutions to incorporate prioritized feedback received as part of pilot.
* Design algorithm solutions to deliver STP offering

PII other phases
* Working with relevant stakeholders and subject matter experts to conceptualize and design set of algorithm required for the future versions of the PII tools
* Design and develop new features for the platform in accordance to user feedback with a focus on algorithm design
* Play key role in defining specific business requirements and working closely with Product Owner and IT delivery teams throughout sprints to ensure product is delivered to requirements
* Work with stakeholders including Country Wealth Management, Channels and Wealth Management ITO teams to understand local and global requirements and ensure that new features and functions are delivered

Digital Strategy Development
* Execute on other digital advisory initiatives as agreed
* Work with Global Head, IS&A and his direct reports on defining executing the digital advisory agenda


You must possess:
* A passion for problem solving, creating and digital innovation
* A unique blend of modelling and system design savvy
* Ability to relate with very diverse people and understand in details their role and how they approach it
* Highly curious, enjoy digging down to the details to understand problems and look for solutions


* Strong intellect with superior analytical and problem solving skills
* Computer science culture
* Good understanding of wealth management products and investments and how advice is provided
* At least 5 years experience in banking, prior experience in product management or delivery of digital products a plus
