Description

  • Provide support to account documentation functions of Citi Private Bank
  • Review of documentation relating to account opening
  • Support Citi Investment Management Operations, including liaising with US/EMEA counterparts
  • Provide regular status updates and escalate necessary issues to Unit Manager
  • MIS Reporting 
  • Support the effective implementation of processes to bring about efficiency and improvements 
  • Regular communications with different constituents to understand and manage any concerns regarding quality of work and service standards 
  • Support efforts that result in remarkable customer experience
  • Review of Day 2 reports 


Qualifications

  • Degree in Banking and Finance with 3-4 years of experience in banking      operations, preferrably in client onboarding unit 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Strong team player and ability to work independently
  • Fast learner
  • Meticulous and organized
