Principal, Admin & Planning
Role Description: As a member of the Chief Administrative Office covering Operations, this role will focus on driving strategy and change agenda for APAC Operations. The role will be responsible for executing multiple initiative both in an oversight as well a "hands on" capacity and ensuring timely delivery against internal, industry and regulatory deliverables. This role will partner closely with the Operations Executive as well as business partners and specifically be responsible for developing program, metric, risk frameworks. Additionally, the role will have responsibility for the execution of firmwide and Ops-wide initiatives across the broader organization.
A successful candidate will possess the following skills:
Leadership of multi-functional teams to execute timely and accurately against short and long term deliverables varying from intraday to multiyear programs
Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate large data sets from disparate sources to inform complex decision making
Ability to create powerful presentations which deliver complex topics in easily understood formats, supported by data.
Superb communication & influencing skills including ability to convey multifaceted concepts to global teams as well as engage with senior management and provide independent views

Qualifications Experience /Qualifications
Bachelorsdegree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required;MBA preferred.
7-10 yearsof total work experience preferred in Financial Services or CAO / BusinessManagement roles.
StrongExcel and Powerpoint skills; experience with data visualization and miningtools a plus
