Collaborate with the sales support or account team by acting as technical experts in customer presentations
- Collaborates with sales engineer and provide technical support to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentation and sites visit
- Adjusts technical content to meet different needs
- Ensure all sales leads are dealt with in a timely fashion and quotations are prepared, and conveyed to customers
- Provide user training and guidance on the systems installed
- Minimum Diploma in Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CCTV, Alarm System and Access Control is an added advantage
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- A record of achievement and technical solution expertise in a comparable sales role would be a plus
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times
