PMG Office is the Operating Centre of Excellence for entire Product Management Group across all product offerings and asset classes. Discretionary Portfolio Management Middle Office (DPM MO) Team sits in the PMG Office. The team's objective is to grow DPM's AUM by enabling client to preserve and grow their wealth. The role entails supporting the DPM Portfolio Managers to bring forth high quality customer experience through efficient internal operational workflow, value added portfolio reporting and high quality marketing materials.

Description

  • Order generation and order placing for DPM accounts upon instructions from Portfolio Managers
  • Facilitating asset transfer / account opening / account closing
  • Prepare investment proposals, client review packs and marketing materials
  • Prepare quarterly DPM meeting materials
  • Assist RM/MA queries pertaining to DPM accounts
  • Operationalization of Triple A
  • Supporting new business models that deviates from the standard (eg. different fee model, customized daily account monitoring, etc)
  • Internal & external Risk & Regulatory reporting
  • Data generation for DPM AUM flows reporting
  • Maintaining/configuring/verifying of constraints & mandate structures/weights into Triple A
  • Account maintenance in Triple A


Qualifications
Qualifications
  • Fresh Graduates and those with 2 years or less relevant experience in banking and finance preferred.
  • Self-motivated, independent person with integrity and discretion.
  • Able to multitask in a sophisticated work environment
  • Knowledge of and experience in Project Management or Triple A implementation or scripting language will be an added advantage.
  • Graduates with Computing background are welcomed.
  • Bachelor Degree would be the minimum requirement
