Organisation Development is responsible for driving culture, employee engagement, strategic workforce planning and performance management for the Business.
Monitoring and Diagnosing the state of the culture and developing necessary interventions to ensure the employees demonstrate the desired behaviors to achieve the vision and mission of the Organisation.
Responsible for driving employee engagement in a sustainable manner.
Strategic workforce planning ensures that the company has the right talent with the right skills to bring the business to the next level.
Ability to run the performance management processes in partnership with HR stakeholders.
Experience in culture building, strategic workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, organisation development and change management theories and practices at scale.
Collaborative and comfortable working with many stakeholders.
Good analytical and systems-thinking skills.
Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology will be an advantage.
