Oracle ERP Support Analyst
The support specialist will be a techno functional support team member for Oracle Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) under IT BAU team. He/she is responsible for ensuring system availability and provide support for applications like Core HR, Self Service HR, Leave Management, Talent Management, Compensation Modules and other ERP modules. The support specialist, as the analyst expert within the IT team, will be the support staff who needs to closely co-ordinate and work with various team like Tech Infra, application services, solutioning, project and business units in the bank. He/she follows up to resolve issues reported by users and performs impact analysis related projects/enhancements that will impact the ERP applications. This role is based in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
  1. Technically competent in Core HR, Self Service HR, Leave Management, Talent Management and Compensation Modules
  2. Have knowledge in Unix/Linux, Oracle, WebLogic, Java J2EE, able to understand and communicate in the technical discussion with developers
  3. Responsible to provide BAU support for responsible for ensuring system availability and provide support for applications like Core HR, Self Service HR, Leave Management, Talent Management, Compensation Modules and other ERP financial modules
  4. Responsible to provide operational support and ensure SLI of system availability, online and batch deliverables
  5. Support diverse jurisdictions comprising of SG, MY, CN, International
  6. Fine tune applications and systems for high performance and higher volume throughput
  7. Contribute to business requirement review for technical implementation as a subject matter expert for IT to ensure SDLC standards are met
  8. Conduct review of technical and functional solutions from enhancement/project team to ensure they conform to IT standards
  9. Respond on time to the queries raised by various business units
  10. Provide timely updates regarding production status and progress of issue resolution
  11. Perform impact analysis of enhancements/projects that will impact supported systems
  12. Participate in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity exercises
  13. Provide on-call support and afterhours/weekend support as needed, covering application support and application change deployment.
  14. Have a quality mind-set with prevention attitude to attain zero defects
  15. Able to support SIT/UAT/PROD/DR deployment, with DevOps
  16. Able to support relevant software/platform/database upgrade for the systems

Qualifications
  1. 5 years of IT experience with at least 3 years in Corporate Loan Origination / Collateral Management
  2. Knowledge of Integro's Loan Origination System / Collateral Management platform is highly preferred
  3. Able to understand the application design & workflow in a faster pace
  4. Have knowledge in Unix/Linux, Oracle, Weblogic, Java J2EE, DevOps and able to understand and communicate in the technical discussion with developers
  5. Able to identify the underlying problems, analyze the root causes, provide possible solutions and respond to users within SLA
  6. Incident, problem and service outage management experience
  7. Server Performance, capacity, utilization monitoring and Health monitoring experience
  8. Provide coordination of application support.
