Key Roles & Responsibiliities:
  • Provide 1st Level Technical Support to users over phone
  • Handle all Incident and Service Request administration
  • Prepares the meetings, relevant reports and minutes and provides trend analysis on the incidents and service request for KPI submission.
  • Any other administrations where required.

The Ideal Candidate Should Have / Be
  • Have working experience with SAP Solman is a plus.
  • Nitec/Higher Nitec in Information Technology or related discipline
  • Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, and Word
  • Good with numbers
  • English language (fluent in both written and verbal)
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Entry level/No experience candidates are welcome to apply
