Key Roles & Responsibiliities:
The Ideal Candidate Should Have / Be
- Provide 1st Level Technical Support to users over phone
- Handle all Incident and Service Request administration
- Prepares the meetings, relevant reports and minutes and provides trend analysis on the incidents and service request for KPI submission.
- Any other administrations where required.
- Have working experience with SAP Solman is a plus.
- Nitec/Higher Nitec in Information Technology or related discipline
- Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, and Word
- Good with numbers
- English language (fluent in both written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a team
