Operational Risk Manager, Business Continuity Management and Physical Security (Associate Director)

  1. Support and coordinate the implementation, maintenance and enhancement of the BCM program such as BC Planner reviews, Desktop Walkthroughs, Call Tree Exercises, BCP testing and Maturity Scorecards. Support organization efforts in other areas such as Crisis Management, IT DR and CSIRT.
  2. Coordinate and conduct briefing, awareness training and exercises with the business units and technology.
  3. Travel advisory: monitoring of events, providing advisory and support to business travelers.
  4. Assist in managing the development, implementation and maintenance of the Physical Security Program which includes the Physical Security Risk Assessment on Key Headquarters.
  5. Assist in facilitating the Physical Security Self-Assessment for business units, provide guidance and review the results.
  6. Update the relevant Policies & Procedures.
  7. Conduct technical and awareness training sessions to raise staff awareness and capabilities in the areas of Crisis / Business Continuity Management and Physical Security.
  8. Provide advice to business units on all BCM and Physical Security matters.
  9. Support projects/ initiatives within Operational Risk Management (ORM) Department.


Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of banking experience with exposure in various disciplines, preferably from Private Banking background or minimum 3 years' experience in BCM and/ or Physical Security.
  • Independent and able to multi task.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to maintain strong relationships within the team and with business partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (i.e. Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
  • Good understanding of industrial BCM standards and local regulatory requirements, experience with crisis/incident management, BCM certification by a recognized BCM Institution (i.e. DRII, BCI) are preferred
