You will join the OTC & FX Paper Confirmations Team within the Trade Validation Group.
The team reviews and prepares Trade Confirmations across a variety of derivative products including:
Interest Rate Products, Equity Derivatives, Credit Derivatives and FX. The team interacts with business partners based globally. Preparation of OTC&FX Paper Trade Confirmation for Investment Banking and Private Bank businesses through validation of information from broker confirmations, term sheets and trade booking systems. Managing the change agenda to enhance controls, improve straight through processing, client experience and adherence to regulatory targets and industry benchmarks. Participating in projects and operational improvements with a dedication to deliver results in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Oversight of vendor team to ensure quality delivery of Key Performance Indicators, KRIs and timely reporting and resolution of queries. Review existing Credit Suisse templates to ensure approved templates are updated to reflect ISDA and industry published standard methodologies with relevant legal and front office approvals. Coordinating with key business partners including front office, Trade Management, General Counsel and vendors directly.
