Job Description:
- This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Innovation Lab, helping ensure initiatives are planned, coordinated, tracked, and communicated effectively.
- Coordinate and support innovation squads exploring future-focused opportunities
- Manage project intake, squad formation, sprint planning, progress tracking, demos, and reporting
- Track the innovation project pipeline and support planning and execution activities.
- Manage Innovation Lab operations, including equipment, onboarding, resource coordination, and readiness.
- Coordinate ecosystem showcases, workshops, and engagement activities, including logistics, stakeholder communications, action tracking, and follow-up activities.
- Develop and manage university engagement programs and student work-study opportunities supporting Innovation Lab initiatives.
- Organise campus talks, workshops, innovation challenges, and other talent engagement activities.
- Manage program governance processes including reporting, dashboards, trackers, and status updates.
- Support budget planning, procurement coordination, and operational financial management across Innovation Lab activities.
- Prepare executive-ready updates, presentations, and communications for leadership and key stakeholders.
- Support AI-first ways of working including the use of tools such as Claude Code to improve planning, content creation, reporting, communications, and program delivery.
Job Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in program management, innovation programs, product operations, consulting, accelerator or incubator programs, fintech, technology delivery, partnerships, or related functions.
- Strong AI-first mindset with a demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve planning, content creation, reporting, communications, and execution.
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead and coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives with competing priorities and tight timelines.
- Strong program/project management capabilities, including planning, governance, reporting, and execution.
