An established consultancy is rapidly growing its Risk & Compliance team and is currently hiring multiple headcounts across various seniority levels.

The team focuses on risk and compliance consulting for the financial services sector spanning across banking, payments, fintech, insurers and asset managers.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

1. Advise clients on regulatory compliance, AML/KYC and evolving regulatory requirements.
2. Manage compliance remediation programs to ensure regulatory obligations are met.
3. Conduct regulatory reviews, risk assessments, compliance assurance to ascertain controls in place are robust and in line with market best practices.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

1. Consultant to Senior Consultant – 2 to 5 years of experience in financial services risk and compliance consulting.
2. Manager – 5 to 10 years.
3. Senior Manager – 10 years or more.
4. Demonstrate a strong understanding on the local regulatory regime and good working knowledge of the financial services sector.
5. Well versed in stakeholders’ management, especially senior client relationships.
