Mobile Command Centre Executive (1 year contract)

  • Attend to walk-in customers via SMS/Phone calls from the branches' Service Ambassadors.
  • Effective scheduling of branch referrals through mobile app.
  • Manage customers' expectations in terms of waiting time.
  • Ensure required documents and person(s) in place before meeting MBT.
  • Work and communicate with MBT to provide overall customer experience.
  • Maintain good relationship with business partners (Branches).
  • Daily tracking of branch walk-ins and number of accounts opened.
