We’re looking for a dynamic, go-getter to join our marketing team to manage Capgemini’s Financial Services Asia marketing strategy and communications based out of Singapore.

Job Description

Reporting to the Vice President of Financial Services Asia, the marketing manager will be responsible for all marketing campaigns, brand advocacy and communications of Financial Services Asia with matrix reporting duties into Marketing Director of APAC Strategic Business Unit.  

  • Chart the overall Marketing strategy & budget for Financial Services, Asia with clear outline of GTM plans including campaign launch, demand generation activities, partner marketing and account-based marketing.  
  • Strategize and execute lead generation activities and own the ABM specific programs for focused markets and key accounts.
  • Create engaging content marketing, key success stories and case studies that leverages on thought leadership reports - CRI reports, world reports    
  • Identify/ collaborate with internal stakeholders to target top market, branding opportunities and develop communications and content strategy to meet stakeholders’ objectives.
  • Plan and execute digital, marketing database, email and social media campaigns.
  • Drive brand and mindshare awareness in the region, working closely with agency partner on media, digital advertising, public relations, and GTM campaigns
  • Manage pre- and post-event marketing for sponsorships, tradeshows, seminars.
  • Liaise with Capgemini’s global and regional marketing teams to cascade key campaigns to Asia-Pacific.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Mass Communications is required.
  • Minimum Five years B2B technology marketing experience in the banking and financial services or Insurance industry.
  • Solid expertise in marketing strategies and campaigns, experience in collaborating with partners on partner marketing initiatives
  • Extensive knowledge marketing campaign processes and strong project management skills
  • Possess current knowledge of digital communications techniques and social media engagement is preferred.  
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Technology-savvy, with keen interest in emerging technologies and ‘all things digital’.
  • Experience in creating content and communication strategy.
  • Energetic, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Understanding of enterprise tech platforms and its business functions is a plus.
