Responsibilities


 Lead Cognizant's digital engineer services offerings working with clients to re-imagine their engineering methods, tools and technology.
 Promote digital leadership and industry/horizontal offerings through proactive market engagement and by contributing as a thought leader through social channels and at industry events
 Play an active role as a member of the Digital Engineering integrating digital transformation offerings with Cognizant's existing services; and supporting the expansion
of Cognizant in our existing accounts, as well as expanding our brand recognition across the Vertical Industry
 Identifying new offerings that Cognizant can take to the market through our Partnerships and Accounts
 Provide strategic leadership and be hands-on in developing digital engineering strategy to extract more value from commercial relationships.
 Working closely with various BU's to represent and innovate on the service lines for Digital Engineering

Skills and Experience


 Experience with large, complex digital engineering services programs that deliver demonstrative business value through engineering methods, tools and technologies
 Background in effectively working within the new "digital services companies"
 Expert knowledge of new way of software engineering principles including Agile, DevOps and Test driven development
 Strong understanding & experience with Cloud PaaS platforms and low-code platforms
 Strong understanding & experience with Serverless architecture
 Proven track record in building out best-in-class service offerings within the realities of a Vertical Industry
 Proven experience leading services projects in a complex technology environment
 Strong understanding of user research, user-centered design principles, data analytics and user behavior
 Excellent communication and presentation skills; dynamic (persuasive) in presenting ideas to clients and prospective clients from Director to C-level; comfortable being able to quickly join the client leadership team and immediately add value
 Comfortable solving problems through a 'hypothesis' driven approach using a combination of top-down and bottom-up analysis
 Must possess rigorous analytical disciplined approach as well as dynamic, abstract problem solving skills (get to the answer via both "inspiration" and "perspiration")
 Demonstrated success driving organizational change within client organizations - past experience in organizational design consulting, process design and optimization, digital governance, and team dynamics a strong plus
 Strong interpersonal skills as team leader and team player with experience managing and training
 Must have a "change agent" attitude; constantly pushing us and our clients to new opportunities, approaches, ideas, perspectives, etc.
