MarTech Lead, Global Consumer Financial Services
A Marketing Tech Lead is, first and foremost, a technologist. Made up of one-part IT geek and one-part integrated marketing expert, this hybrid professional straddles the fence between both worlds, which today are really one and the same.
The rise of technology has shifted the focus to include the embrace of new digital disruptors. The role will have substantial impact on the success of digital product acquisitions to meet established business targets. The incumbent will be responsible for implementing and leveraging on digital insights & various marketing tools to identify opportunities to drive incremental online conversions and online user experience. The role is a leadership role and will work with a team.


Strategy and Business:
  1. Drive the technology initiatives (including technology implementation) and functionality to achieve Revenue business goals.
  2. Continuous review of the vision of a future state from an enabling capability perspective
  3. Manage the Relationship with the Media agency to drive cost savings and efficiency via the MarTech stack
MarTech Systems:
  1. Develop and implementation of marketing technology to drive revenue for the critical business KPIs. Stack includes TeamSite (CMS), Adobe Experience Suite (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target an Adobe Audience Manager), Acoustic Campaign Delivery Platform (EDM and SMS marketing platform) and Campaign Stack (Unica/EDW)
  2. Govern and manage systems and platforms like the web content management system (CMS) of (TeamSite), marketing automation tool (Acoustic Campaign) and 3 rd part data provider (Lotame) to ensure platform stability, quality, and business delivery by developing and implementing a governance process for users.
  3. Providing expertise, vendor knowledge, and industry best practices across digital technology components while managing contract negotiations with vendors
  4. Tracking framework: Convert business requirements into detailed adobe analytics requirements that follow the defined tracking guidelines laid out by product owners & PMs.

  2. Grow the digital literacy in the organization through digital trainings and sharing on tech stack across the bank


Experience and Strategy
  1. 7 -10 years' experience working in a digital agency, digital marketing provider, digital software provider, digital marketing organization, digital consulting firm or marketing service provider.
  2. Excellent structured communication skills with the ability to frame complex digital marketing, CRM and technical concepts in a way that facilitates discussion and deeper levels of understanding with an ability to bridge marketing and technology personnel.
  3. Experience in consumer banking products knowledge of different lines of business and functions (Digital, Sales and Marketing, Operations, etc.) will be an added plus
Technical Skills :
  1. Strong technical expertise of tech stack (Adobe Experience Suite, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, Acoustic) and must be able to implement and execute self- service insights and campaign delivery.
  2. Marketing automation platforms and 3 rd party data provider like Acoustic Campaign, Salesforce
  3. Technical expert in tag management for web and app (Adobe Launch)
  4. Experience with HTML and CSS selectors (preferably JQuery) and working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
  5. Hands-on experience in managing sales and marketing platforms incorporated with real-time and personalization capability for the consumer business.
  6. Understanding of content management systems, project management and gathering business requirements for web projects
  7. Strong analytical capabilities to run effective targeting, online funnels and the commercialization of analytical/ marketing campaigns.

  1. Experience with delivering complex technical content to large groups, in a coherent, accessible and inspiring way
  2. Possesses a charismatic, engaging personality and can successfully interact with both senior and peer level stakeholders
  3. Self-motivated operator who can work comfortably as a leader as an individual contributor (for certain tasks), comfortable with navigating a matrixed global organisation
