Our Ideal Candidate

  • 8+ years experience in RM Performance Management
  • Strong experience in segment analytics and insights, problem solving skills
  • Experience in Retail Banking and Wealth Management products and sales
  • Experience working with wide range of stakeholders at management level to frontline
  • Proficiency in Excel, powerpoint, data scripts and programming (SAS / SQL)
  • Proactive and positive with the ability to make sound decisions and use independent judgement
  • Project and Programme Management skills to monitor specific projects and take ownership of issues and tasks
  • Ability to create effective work relationships across functions & borders
  • Interpersonal skills in networking, influencing and decision taking
  • Good presentation, time management, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills
  • Assertive, tenacious and willing to challenge when required
  • Able to work under pressure and multi-tasked
  • Focused and highly achievement-orientated
  • Attentive to details
  • A team player within the department and able to work independently with little supervision
