About the Department

Job Responsibilities
  • Part of the Business Service Management Team supporting Business Development in UOBAM, namely in the following areas - Client Servicing / Onboarding / Reporting.
  • Preparation of reports and database management.
  • Communicating with clients confidently and fluently, prioritizing customers' onboarding experience.
  • Following-up with clients and managing their queries, requests and issues promptly


Job Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Business/Accounting/Finance or equivalent, with 2 to 3 years working experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team to deliver outcome of consistent good quality within stipulated timeline in a dynamic environment.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, both spoken and written.
  • Demonstrates the willingness to learn and eager for knowledge.
  • Basic knowledge of online apps and internet banking system is an advantage.
