About the Department
The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.
• Assist the Dept Head to perform periodic control tests to identify potential risk issues within the division
• Review and track the remediation plans for potential issues
• Assist the Dept Head in managing the division budget, fixed asset and Business Continuity Management
• Help to prepare Business Report to Management
• Perform administrative support to the teams in Retail Investment Operations Centre
• Ad hoc assignment, business management support and other related activities, as required
- Preferred with 2 - 4 years' experience in risk control-related work within the financial service industry. Fresh Graduate with good attitude will be consider
- Ability to work independently and also to liaise with other departments
- Meticulous, Good interpersonal skills and Commitment to meet timeline
- PC knowledge. Word/Excel/Powerpoint
