Fullerton Financial Holdings (FFH) is an investor and operator active in the financial institutions space in emerging markets. A wholly owned portfolio company of Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited, an investment company based in Singapore. We are looking for a Manager/ AVP to support internal IT and operational needs of FFH. At the same time, work collaboratively with our operating entities within the group.

Job Responsibilities

1. Support in the defining and execution of FFH IT and Ops Strategy that can have a significant impact on the FFH business unit’s profitability and strategic direction:

  • Participate in FFH business planning and budgeting from IT and Ops perspective
  • Defining and updating IT and Ops Policies
  • Participate in special projects/support CEO Office on as-needs basis

2. Support internal day-to-day IT needs of FFH:

  • Microsoft 365 tenant administration (Office, Teams, Exchange, Azure AD, etc)
  • Network and cloud infrastructure administration
  • Support end-user computing including user on/off boarding, troubleshooting, and training
  • Support in maintaining IT operational security and compliance
  • Procure and manage IT assets such as laptops and mobile devices
  • Liaise with and manage 3rd party IT service provider, consultants and contractors
  • Support and troubleshoot audio visual equipment such as projectors, AV systems

3. Work collaboratively with FFH’s operating entities:

  • Support in the defining and execution of IT Strategy, IT Roadmap, Projects, Plans and Policies
  • Participate in the reviews of FFH direct & portfolio entities’ technology infrastructure and operational infrastructure
  • Support in the review and monitoring of operational efficiency (cost and effectiveness) to ensure that the entities operate efficiently within their respective operating budgets without compromising risk controls.
  • Support in the development/ review of operational processes to support new product suites, eg Retail Lending, Payment or Transaction Banking

Job Requirements

  • Graduate with minimum 6 years working experience, with at least 4 years in Systems or IT Infrastructure implementation, Project Management, Vendor or Client Management in a financial application service provider, banking sector
  • Preferably has IT and Banking Operations consultancy experience
  • Strong project planning and project management skills
  • Fintech industry knowledge is an advantage
  • Good hands-on experience in troubleshooting skill and in handling users, peers and vendors
  • Prior experience with implementing/ managing Microsoft 365 deployments would be a bonus
  • IT & Operations Consultancy background with substantial knowledge in Retails Lending, Payments or Branch Transaction Banking would be a bonus
