Manager - Transaction Services (Real Estate)

• Work closely with Partners and Directors to deliver our service offerings, and to grow our Real Estate practice

• Project manage complex real estate engagements on both buy-side and sell-side, including due diligence and deal structuring. Deliverables will include reports, financial models, business plans and presentation materials

• Conduct primary and secondary research, and perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to assist our clients in understanding the latest market dynamics, competitive landscape and business trends - as part of our clients' acquisition and growth strategy

• Drive business development initiatives by developing innovative real estate concepts, proposals, pitch packs and industry thought leadership

• Coach and develop team members into future leaders


• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy / Business / Real Estate

• Must possess a strong interest and good understanding of the real estate sector. Knowledge of the Indonesia real estate market will be highly regarded

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in either M&A advisory, strategy consultancy, or business development roles in a real estate development / fund management company

• Experience in investment analysis, due diligence, transaction structuring, financial modelling, or deal origination and execution

• Proven business development experience in the Singapore or Indonesia real estate market

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Independent, innovative, resourceful team leader with strong interpersonal, organisational, presentation and report writing skills
